City Clerk

The City Clerk's Department oversees the legislative history of the City Council, is responsible for the care and custody of all City records, and researches and disseminates information for staff and the public. Clerk staff is also responsible for publishing and posting notices of meetings, ordinances, and other City business as required by law.

The City Clerk serves as the local elections official, conducting all municipal elections, as well serving as the filing officer fo Political Reform Act regulations.

Do Not Knock Registry

The City of Yorba Linda City Council passed an ordinance regulating solicitation within Yorba Linda. Effective October 21, 2010, all persons, businesses and organizations wishing to solicit in Yorba Linda for any money, funds or contributions are required to obtain a permit.
