Public Records Request

Many City of Yorba Linda records are available for viewing online. Among the documents that can be accessed through this system are Ordinances, Resolutions, agendas, and meeting minutes for the City Council and the Planning Commission.

If you are unable to locate the records or documents your are seeking, please contact the City Clerk's Office at (714) 961-7150.

Accessing the Document Database

The online document database is accessed by clicking here. To open the system you will need to enter the User Name "public" and fill in the Password "user". Java script is needed to use this system. You may download the latest version of this software by clicking here.
