Traffic Control Devices Manual

Caltrans publishes the California Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD) to prescribe uniform standards and specifications for all official traffic control devices in California, including signs, signals, and street markings. The City follows the guidelines and requirements spelled out in this document when deciding if and how to install traffic control devices in Yorba Linda.
